I can’t visit your showroom, can I still buy a bike from you?
Yes. If you are buying from a distance and are unable to view the bike beforehand, we can arrange hassle-free remote purchase.

If I am unable to collect my bike from you, can you deliver it to me?
Yes, we can deliver bikes anywhere in mainland UK. Please contact us for details.

I can’t see the bike I’m looking for on your stock page, do you have bikes that are not listed yet?
We have new bikes coming in all the time. Call us – or call in to our showroom – if there’s a specific make or model you’re interested in.

Are your bikes inspected before they’re handed over to the customer?
Yes, all our used motorcycles undergo a detailed inspection, and any issues uncovered are resolved by our trained technicians, before delivery to or collection by the customer.

Do your bikes come with warranty or guarantee?
Yes. For your piece of mind, every motorcycle and scooter we sell* is also covered by Autoguard’s award-winning Premium Motorcycle Cover, including Call Assist UK recovery, for at least three months. (*We only cover vehicles over £2000 in value with an Autoguard warranty) See full details here.


I want to sell my bike, how does it work?

What kind of motorcycles do you buy?
We are always interested in clean, low mileage motorcycles and scooters.

How do I know I’m getting a good price for my bike?
We always try to pay the best price for top quality machines.

If I sell my motorcycle to you, how will you pay me?
We pay directly to your bank to make the whole process quick, easy and secure.

Can you collect my bike or do I have to bring it to you?
We can collect bikes from anywhere on the UK mainland.


Do I need a deposit to buy a bike on finance ?
Not always. If your credit rating is good the finance company may not require a deposit.

Am I able to sell my bike to you while it is still on finance?
Yes you can do this. If you’re just selling us your bike then you – or we – obtain a settlement figure from the finance company. If our agreed purchase amount is lower than what you owe then we will pay the outstanding amount to the finance company and give you the balance. If you owe more to the finance company than the price we have agreed to pay you, then you will have to give us that extra amount so we can settle with the finance company.

Am I able to trade-in my bike to you while it’s still on finance?
Yes. We can get a settlement figure from the finance company and, if our agreed purchase amount is lower than what you owe, then the balance will be available to pay towards your new bike. If you owe more to the finance company than the price we have agreed to pay you in part exchange, then you will have to give us that extra amount and we will settle with the finance company. You are then able to go ahead and arrange fresh finance for your new bike with a further deposit.

Are you the credit provider?
No. Value Bike Centre Limited is a credit broker and not a lender. We are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – FCA No: 667948 – and work with carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase.
